Do you know what you are good at?

When I ask people what they do well they stumble and hesitate. If they get stuck and I ask “Can you tell me things you are not good at?” the list is immediate and long. We live with a deficit perspective in many areas of our lives. Focussing on what we do well naturally and working to develop those abilities isn’t as easy to do as it is to say. There are some tips in this article that might make it a bit easier to back ourselves. Remember – nobody does everything well.
